Please note: If experiencing issues when attempting Oartec monitor firmware updates on certain versions of Windows, please try rebooting your PC and disabling driver signing. To accomplish this; shortly after boot, before the Windows boot logo, press F8 repeatedly until the boot options screen appears and select "Disable Driver Signature Enforcement" thus allowing the firmware update to communicate with the monitor.
To check the software version currently loaded on your monitor, remove and replace one battery and the version number will display in the bottom right hand corner upon screen restart.
