SIMULATOR SERVICE AND SUPPORT
The standard warranty term for the Simulator is 3 years on the frame and 1 year on parts.
This warranty is under the following terms and conditions:
Oartec will replace or repair, at its option, the Simulator frame assembly or components that fail due to a defect in material or workmanship for a period of 3 years from the date of initial shipment.
Simulator frame assemblies or components are defined as the following:
Seat Rail Assembly
Front Frame Assembly
Oartec will replace or repair, at its option, the Simulator parts (including workout monitor) that fail due to a defect in material or workmanship for a period of 1 year from the date of initial shipment.
Replacement Frame Components or Parts
The replacement Simulator frame assembly and/or parts will be warranted for the remainder of the original warranty
II. Who is Protected
This warranty is given to the original purchaser and fully transferable to subsequent owners if transferred within the term of the warranty.
III. What is Not Covered
This warranty does not cover the following:
Any Simulator that has been modified or altered.
Damage, deterioration or malfunction resulting from:
– failure to follow the Slider maintenance requirements as listed in the Simulator User Manual
– accident, abuse, misuse or neglect
Deterioration due to normal wear and tear
Damage to the finish of your Simulator model
Shipping costs and if applicable, customs clearance fees
Labour for installation of any parts shipped to you under warranty
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
Oartec shall not, in any event, be liable for any incidental, indirect, special or consequential damages.
These warranties are in lieu of any other express or implied, including but not limited to, any warranty relating to merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
The duration of implied warranties is limited to the length of warranty specified in paragraph I above.
This warranty gives you specific legal rights. You may also have other rights granted under local laws of your state or country. These rights may vary in different countries.

To make a warranty claim, first please contact Oartec to inform us as to the nature of the problem.

You will need to provide the serial number for your Simulator.
Send the defective assembly or part to Oartec Inc at 2657 Delta Ring Road, Ferndale, WA USA, 98248.
Return of the Simulator frame assemblies/parts to Oartec will be the responsibility of the claimant and must be packaged to protect it from damage.
